A leading law firm is seeking a Word Processor for its Naples, Florida office. In this role, the Word Processor will serve as backup for legal secretary staff and the receptionist, create client binders for executed trust and estate documents, and prepare, draft, revise, and finalize wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents and letters. Additional duties include managing email attachments, formatting and scanning documents, photocopying and preparing correspondence for mailing (certified mail, UPS, FedEx), maintaining desk files and timely client document filing, and serving as a witness at client signings.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (a degree in business administration is preferred), along with two or more years of Word Processor experience. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Adobe, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively as part of a collaborative team. This is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position with a 40-hour work week, offering a salary range of $45,000$60,000 depending on experience, a competitive benefits package, and 25 days of PTO per calendar year.
