Senior Litigation Paralegal

A law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal for its Los Angeles office to support its litigation practice groups across all phases of the litigation process, from the initial complaint through discovery, trial, and appeal.

The Litigation Paralegal assists attorneys with motion practice, discovery, and trial and post-trial matters, drafting pleadings such as subpoenas, deposition notices, and interrogatories, and coordinating e-filing and service of process. The role includes organizing and managing case documents, productions, depositions, and expert reports; cite-checking and proofreading court filings; conducting statistical and factual research; and developing keyword searches and privilege logs. The paralegal also supports pre-trial and trial logistics, including witness binders, trial exhibits, and courtroom exhibit tracking, supervises junior paralegals as needed, and liaises with clients and vendors.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of law firm litigation experience, strong written and organizational skills, and experience with litigation databases (familiarity with Relativity is a plus). The role requires the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks, availability for overtime including evenings and weekends, and regular in-office presence. The compensation range for this position is $100,000–$145,000.
