A leading law firm is seeking a Practice Technology Analyst to support its Wealth Management Group’s strategic and operational technology needs. Reporting through the firm’s Wealth Management Technology leadership, this role serves as a key liaison between the practice group and the firm’s IT department, aligning business needs, technology priorities, and support initiatives.
The Analyst will develop deep familiarity with Wealth Management workflows estate planning, trust and probate administration, tax preparation, and fiduciary services and act as a subject matter resource on document management, client data management, and AI adoption tools. Responsibilities include driving user adoption of iManage and other firm technology platforms, providing troubleshooting and training on the document management system, supporting Copilot, DeepJudge, and Claude use cases, and promoting responsible AI adoption. The role also involves conducting trainings, participating in change management and system rollouts, developing testing procedures for upgrades, and collaborating with IT, Security, and Risk teams on data privacy compliance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of law firm experience, ideally in Wealth Management or Private Client groups, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365, iManage, document automation platforms, and generative AI tools. The anticipated salary range is $133,000$166,000.
