The firm is seeking a Mid-Level Trademark Paralegal to join its nationally recognized Trademark practice group. This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys with strategic trademark counseling and protection while managing a variety of domestic and international trademark matters. The position is available in any U.S. office and follows a hybrid schedule requiring one in-office day per week, with additional in-office attendance as business needs require.

The Trademark Paralegal will independently manage a trademark docket, handle domestic and foreign trademark filings, conduct online investigations, perform SAEGIS scans, and assist with trademark prosecution and related matters under the guidance of senior paralegals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least three years of trademark paralegal experience with a strong background in U.S. and international trademark filings and docket management. A bachelor’s degree and/or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000–$133,750, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
