A company operating in the eDiscovery and legal services space is seeking a Forensics and Data Operations Specialist for its UK office. This hybrid role supports both the eDiscovery Technical and Forensics teams, covering evidence management, forensically sound collections, and forensic analysis, alongside data operations tasks like copying, processing, loading, exporting, and producing client data.

Responsibilities include performing ESI collections and reporting in coordination with eDiscovery and Technical Services teams, managing evidence end-to-end (validation, chain of custody, secure storage, and preservation protocols), conducting forensic analysis on mobile devices, and managing ESI ingress and egress with a focus on Relativity and RelativityOne. The role also involves quality control, supporting custom client projects and data migrations, consulting on workflow best practices, and testing new tools and procedures.

Candidates should have at least four years of law firm or eDiscovery service provider experience working in Relativity, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a solid understanding of chain of custody procedures and forensic best practices. Preferred qualifications include a related degree or certifications, experience with tools like EnCase, Magnet, FTK, or Cellebrite, and collection experience with Microsoft 365 Purview or Google Vault. Salary Range: £50K – £74K.
