A leading law firm is seeking a Probate Fiduciary Accountant for its Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. This role supports estate, trust, and guardianship matters, with responsibilities spanning the full lifecycle of fiduciary administration. The accountant will prepare pleadings for estate and guardianship court proceedings, monitor and maintain administration files, and review estate planning, will, and trust documents. Additional duties include preparing trust administration paperwork (trustee acceptances, resignations, and declinations), handling trust and estate accounting, and drafting memorandums and correspondence. The role serves as a communication hub among attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and family members, while also monitoring accounts and expenses, researching asset and debt information, and preparing deeds, vehicle transfers, brokerage accounts, and cash distributions to beneficiaries. The accountant will also assemble documentation for estate, income, and gift tax returns, collaborate on tax return preparation, conduct legal research on estate and guardianship issues, and locate beneficiaries when needed.

Candidates should have a business administration degree (preferred), at least three years of experience as a paralegal or tax fiduciary accountant, and hands-on probate and trust administration experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and sharp attention to detail are essential. Salary ranges from $75,000–$95,000, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
