Business Development Manager: Trade & Sanctions

CM Legal

A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager – Trade & Sanctions for its Washington, DC office. This hands-on, proactive role sits within a global BD team and works directly with the firm’s Trade and Sanctions lawyers, while also supporting U.S. Antitrust lawyers within the Antitrust & Trade product group — a team known for advising major companies and financial institutions on sanctions, export controls, CFIUS, national security, and customs matters.

The role supports implementation of BD and marketing strategy across several areas: tracking plans and ROI, shaping and promoting BD product offerings, identifying revenue opportunities, supporting pitches and capability statements, raising the profile of lawyers and practice groups through events and thought leadership, and contributing to firmwide client and sector programs.
