A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Seattle office, with 1 to 4 years of experience, to work on a variety of matters on behalf of the firm’s public agency clients.

Ideal candidates will bring excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and hands-on experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. The role calls for someone who can manage multiple projects efficiently, collaborate well within a team, and take ownership of significant matters independently. Experience or interest in eminent domain work is a plus, and the firm offers a collegial, hybrid work environment with strong advancement opportunities for associates. Admission to the Washington state bar is required.

The salary range for this position is $190,000 to $220,000 annually, with actual compensation depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for annual bonuses, including a 15% of base compensation bonus for meeting the firm’s 1,850 annual billable hours expectation, which includes up to 100 hours of approved pro bono work.
