Advanced Records Center Staff Attorney
CM Legal
Our client is seeking an Advanced Records Center (ARC) Staff Attorney to manage California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests for municipal clients throughout California and, ideally, Nevada. This role is responsible for providing legal guidance on complex public records matters, overseeing the handling of CPRA requests, and supervising a team of paralegals and document reviewers to ensure timely, accurate, and legally compliant responses. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 annually, with compensation based on the selected candidates years of practice and relevant experience.
