She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and takes the time to understand candidates’ unique goals. She believes the best placements happen when people feel heard, supported, and valued throughout the recruiting process. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two kittens, exploring new restaurants, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
