A Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development & Investment Paralegal for its uptown Dallas office. The role calls for a candidate with strong commercial real estate background, including title and survey work, who can support the firm’s real estate practice in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Candidates should bring at least 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, along with commercial real estate and title/survey experience. One of the following is strongly preferred: a bachelor’s degree, a paralegal certificate or associate’s degree in paralegal studies, or a Certified Legal Assistant designation.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and a genuine enjoyment of collaborative, team-based work.
