A leading multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia is seeking an experienced associate to join its growing Construction Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team handling complex, high-stakes matters across the construction industry, with immediate opportunities for direct client contact and meaningful responsibility.

The associate will work closely with clients and colleagues across a broad range of matters, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes. Responsibilities include involvement in strategy development, discovery, motions practice, and dispute resolution on construction-related litigation.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience with a focus on construction-related disputes, along with strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset are essential, and admission to practice in Virginia is required.

This position is based in the firm’s Richmond office. Compensation depends on several factors, including position, location, education, training, and/or experience, with a hiring salary range of $155,000–$175,000.
