A leading law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal to join its IP Litigation team. This role provides paralegal support across all phases of the IP litigation process, from case commencement through discovery, trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeals, supporting patent litigation in federal district courts, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Responsibilities span document and information management (organizing case files, Bates-numbering, e-discovery coordination), factual research and database searches, deposition preparation and attendance, and motion practice, including drafting support, cite-checking, and e-filing. The Paralegal also coordinates trial logistics, organizes exhibits, and assists attorneys in the courtroom, in addition to meeting a minimum annual billable hour requirement and handling related administrative duties.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of IP litigation experience supporting patent cases (including life sciences, Hatch-Waxman, or ITC Section 337 matters), and experience with USPTO inter partes review and re-examination proceedings. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with litigation support software such as Concordance, Case Logistix, or Relativity, prior law firm experience, and a paralegal certificate.

The hourly pay range is $35.00–$50.00 ($72,800–$104,000 annually).
