A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Marketing Database Specialist, based at its global operations center in Tampa, FL, or at its Dallas office, on a full-time basis.

The Specialist will maintain the daily processing of the firm’s marketing database (InterAction), focusing on data integrity across marketing and client relationship initiatives. Core duties include reviewing and processing contact data changes submitted by attorneys and staff, performing daily quality control on data change requests, merging duplicate contacts, and monitoring data flow between InterAction, IQ, and related systems. The role also supports marketing mailings and imports/exports, produces standard and ad-hoc InterAction reports, and serves as the firm’s CRM subject matter expert, educating users and developing best practices. The Specialist will manage marketing mailing list strategy, stay current on CRM technology and data privacy developments, and support QA testing for system upgrades in partnership with the Marketing Database Manager and IT.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience, strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
