I felt Chris was very helpful throughout the process. Early on, he gave me valuable insights I likely wouldn't have been told directly by the firm. Letting me know that I had been receiving positive feedback and that the 4th surprise interview was a positive sign was also valuable, as it was worth a great deal in calming my nerves as I went through all 4 of the interviews. I also appreciated the effort he put into the mock interview, primarily because the mock questions were much better than I expected. Lastly, I'm not confident I could have negotiated the salary on my own, as I tend to put all my cards on the table upfront and generally aren't the strongest negotiator. Chris was invaluable to the outcome, and I'd be happy to work with him again.
